Right now, we are looking to hire a Development Manager, to join Chartway Living, out of our offices in Crawley.

Chartway Living specialise in the investment and Development, across the UK Living Sector, including Single Family Rental (SFR), Build to Rent (BTR), and Senior Living.

About The Role…

As our Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for support the development and processes of SFR Development and Land Promotion.

You’ll work directly with the Head of SFR , supporting in the delivery of development projects. You’ll generate new business, and seek out suitable SFR sites, land promotion opportunities, delivering sites from inception, through planning and to completion & hand over.

You will be responsible for managing external consultants and advisors, liaising with investors, managing complex budgets, as well as helping to create & set up relevant departmental processes.

You will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent IT skills, and strong understanding development appraisal and planning application submissions, excellent organisational and communication skills. Most importantly you will have a can do attitude.
