We are delighted to announce that our very own Paula Hyde has been shortlisted as a finalist in The Housebuilder Star Award category at the Housebuilder Awards 2026.
Paula has been recognised for her outstanding work in leading our Build Great Apprentice initiative, an industry-wide programme designed to equip line managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide the very best support to apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey.
The initiative reflects Paula’s passion for developing people and raising standards across the construction sector, helping to create better experiences and outcomes for apprentices and the managers who support them.
Being named a finalist is a fantastic achievement and a testament to Paula’s dedication, innovation and commitment to making a positive impact beyond our own organisation.
