The aim of this policy is for the company to provide a service in a manner that conforms to contractual and statutory
requirements, and to continually improve its services to satisfy the needs and expectations of clients and other
interested parties. The nature of works conducted by Chartway’s activities places particular emphasis on experiences,
expertise, safety, reliability, and quality control. This assurance of specified quality is fundamental to all work
undertaken by Chartway and is practiced by all personnel during their daily duties. Procedures and processes have
been produced and are implemented to eliminate the occurrence of discrepancies.
Senior management recognises that it must continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system,
thus providing assurance to our clients that the system is robust and that lessons learnt through internal and external
audits have been implemented. We are fully committed to a quality management system which ensures the supply of
a quality product and services which are aligned to Chartway’s business planning objectives and meets the
expectations of our clients and customers in all aspects of the company’s activities and operations, working with our
suppliers, clients, and customers to ensure the highest quality standards.
Chartway is committed to defining our position in the marketplace and understanding how relevant factors arising
from legal, political, economic, social, and technological issues influence our strategic direction and our organisational
context. Chartway identified, analyses, monitors, and reviews factors that may affect our ability to satisfy our
customers and stakeholders, as well as; factors that may adversely affect the stability of our process or management
system integrity.
To ensure that our Business Management System (BMS) is aligned with our strategy, whilst taking account of relevant
internal and external factors; we initially collate and analyse pertinent information in order to determine potential
impacts on our context and subsequent business strategy.
Chartway then monitors and reviews this information to
ensure that continual understanding of each group’s requirements is derived and maintained. To facilitate the
understanding of our context, we regularly consider issues that influence our business during management review
meetings, the results of which are conveyed via minutes and business planning documents.
This Policy Statement will be distributed to all employees, displayed prominently at workplaces, and available on
request to interested parties. This Policy Statement is continuously monitored and developed, undergoing a formal
review annually. Amendments may be implemented as required by legislative changes or work practices.
