Chartway Partnerships Group is delighted to announce a new partnership project with West Kent Housing Association, to develop 27 new homes for the community of Manston, on the outskirts of the coastal town of Ramsgate in Kent.

The Manston Gardens development will provide a diverse range of housing options, including Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent homes. Prospective residents can choose from one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- and three-bedroom houses, with the first completions anticipated late Spring 2024.

Situated on a former allotment, the development aligns with the approved Manston Green initiative, contributing to the broader expansion of Manston and adding to the 785 new homes for the area.

On completion, Manston Gardens will provide new public gardens and green spaces surrounded by a total of 88 new homes, 61 of which will be private sale homes from Westerhill Homes by Chartway.
