Chartway Group is proud to announce that our Caesars Way development has been awarded the LABC Warranty Bricks Site Recognition Award for August.
Delivered in partnership with Orbit, the award recognises the consistently high standards of workmanship, quality and site delivery demonstrated throughout the development.
The recognition is a fantastic achievement for Chartway Group Site Manager Michael Wilkinson and the wider Caesars Way team, whose hard work, attention to detail and commitment to quality continue to drive the scheme forward.
Partnership working sits at the heart of how we deliver our developments. At Caesars Way, the close collaboration between Chartway and Orbit has been fundamental to maintaining high standards across the project, with a shared focus on quality, delivery and the long-term success of the development.
The award reflects this collective approach, recognising both the work taking place on site and the strength of the partnership behind it.
Caesars Way will provide 77 new homes in Folkestone, including 35 homes for social rent and 42 for shared ownership, helping to deliver much-needed affordable housing for the local community.
As the development continues to progress, the team remains focused on maintaining these high standards through to completion.
This recognition is a fantastic achievement for everyone involved and a strong reflection of what can be delivered through effective partnership working.
